How the fee works
The buyer pays a protection fee on top of the price. The seller receives their price in full.
The fee is 4.5% of the sale price, rounded to the nearest shilling. There is no minimum or maximum fee.

Good to know
- Orders can be from 10,000 TZS to 990,000 TZS.
- The fee is not refunded. If an order is refunded, the sale price goes back to the buyer and the fee does not.
- Your mobile money provider may charge its own fee for sending money. That charge is theirs, not ours, and we receive no part of it.
